At Avlor, we want you to love what you wear β€” and feel confident while doing it. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, style, or vibe for you. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy to make your experience smooth and worry-free.

1. Return & Exchange Window – 7 Days

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact

Note: Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Style mismatch
  • Manufacturing defects (though rare!)

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Products sold under Sale , Bundle Offers or using discount coupon
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Items returned without original tags/packaging
  • White color cloth items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

  • Drop us an email at support@avlor.comΒ or WhatsApp us at +91 9729509565 with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process within 24–48 hours.
  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share a return address (based on your location).
  • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned item. Once approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (if prepaid) or issued as store credit (in case of COD orders).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after product inspection for the refund to reflect.

5. Exchanges

Want to swap your item for a different size or color?

  • We offer one free exchange per order.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or initiate a refund if it is a prepaid order as per your preference.

6. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free reverse pickup for one return/exchange per order.
  • Additional returns on the same order may incur a nominal courier fee.
  • In case of an exchange or return, if our arranged pickup is unsuccessful or if you choose to dispatch the goods from your side, the shipping charges you incur will be reimbursed up to β‚Ή100 upon submission of a valid shipping receipt.
